HSBC Direct , provider of a popular online savings account, is extending their 3.50% APY interest savings account until September 15, 2008. Interest is compounded monthly (calculated based on your daily average balance) and accounts have no minimum balance. Cash can be withdrawn at all HSBC ATM locations.

I’ve been using them for about a year now and have been really happy with the service and customer support.
